Workshops and Events

Since 2006 I have had the privilege and responsibility of educating and mentoring youth in the community. Facilitating life skills programs in both Primary and High School, one on one mentoring, working with children as young as primary school age who have been subjected to sexual abuse, domestic violence and children who have parents with drug and/or alcohol addictions.

Working in the Victorian Education system for 15 years, as well as a number of Community Agencies, facilitating programs and one on one mentoring.

I currently facilitate life skills programs for groups of home school students, as well as a role as a disability support worker.

Instilling self confidence, resilience and self esteem building, through basic Martial Arts techniques that provide a sense of empowerment to young minds. As well as mindfulness techniques to enable young minds to have the ability to be present, and have a greater acknowledgement of their emotions.
